Built On Modern Method

Every Behl Construction site runs on equipment and practices that replace the old manual, error-prone methods — precise instead of approximate, factory-accurate instead of hand-bent, and consistent from the first slab to the last coat of finish.

The eight practices below are applied as standard on every project we take on, regardless of size.

Modern construction technology on a Behl Construction site

Technology We Use

Modern equipment and methods applied on every site, in place of manual, error-prone practices.

01. Total Station

Precise building marking, replacing the old thread-and-tape method. Every corner, alignment, and level reference is set with survey-grade accuracy before a single foundation trench is dug.

02. Factory Pre-Bent Steel

Rings and beams bent to spec off-site for accuracy and zero wastage — consistent shapes, tighter tolerances, and none of the guesswork of bending rebar by hand on site.

03. Rebar Cover Spacers

Maintain proper steel cover to prevent corrosion, keeping reinforcement correctly positioned within the concrete for the structure's full design life.

04. Needle Vibrators

Compact concrete in columns, beams and slabs, eliminating air pockets and honeycombing for a denser, stronger pour.

05. Plate Vibrators

Compact concrete across slabs and floors evenly, giving large flat areas the same density and finish quality throughout.

06. Auto Trowel & Leveller

Smooth, level finishes on large floor areas, cutting down on hand-troweling time while producing a flatter, more consistent surface.

07. GI Mesh at Joints

Laid over wall, column and beam joints to prevent cracking at the points where different materials and pours meet — a common source of visible cracks if skipped.

08. Electric Sieve

Clean, uniformly graded sand, in place of manual sieving — consistent material quality feeding into every mix on site.
